Prof. Dr. Engr. Md. Reaz Hasan Khondoker is a naval architect, researcher, educator and maritime-sector consultant. His professional career connects university teaching and research with national infrastructure development, shipbuilding, port operations, inland waterway safety and public-sector leadership.
He previously served as Chairman of the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA), Professor and Head of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at BUET, and Professor at MIST. His work also includes advisory roles in the shipbuilding and dredging industries.
